Once in a lifetime, if one is lucky, one gets the opportunity to find an
undiscovered artist of enormous magnitude and accomplishment. It's the sort
of thing that one usually puts in the Pipe Dream File. Especially if you're a
producer.
I started this label with the simple intention of finding an artist with a vision
outside the commercial box whose work would be sufficiently compellng to
justify the time effort and money required to bring them into the light.
I figured New York City would be the place to look rather than LA or Nashville,
because it is the easiest city in the world for anyone to get lost in. Especially
the sort of highly disciplined and therefore somewhat reclusive artist that I
sought.
It was. I found Justin selling classical guitars at the Queens Guitar Center. HIs
work is far beyond music. And I will share that work with you.
